My research focused on compute-in-memory architectures and their applications in machine learning, recommendation systems, and cryptographic acceleration. I worked on the full stack — from device-level design with emerging non-volatile memories to system-level compilation and simulation frameworks. Published in top EDA and device venues including ASPLOS, DAC, ICCAD, DATE, and IEDM.
